Sourced from the fertile black soils of Madhya Pradesh (MP), "Premium" Lokwan grains are distinctively hard, bold, and have a rich golden-amber color (often called "Sona" or Gold). This wheat is prized for its high gluten content, which gives the dough exceptional elasticity. This "stretchability" makes it the number one choice for foods that require rolling out thin or stuffing, like parathas and puran polis.
