Cancellation & Refund Policy – Kisan Kaka Foods

At Kisan Kaka Foods, we strive to provide you with the freshest and highest-quality products. Since our products are food-based and perishable in nature, we have specific policies regarding cancellation and refunds.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is processed/dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

Refunds & Replacements

  • We do not offer refunds for perishable products unless:

    • The product is damaged during delivery

    • You receive the wrong item

    • The package is tampered with upon arrival

  • For replacement/refund requests, you must:

    • Share order details along with images of the product/package within 24 hours of delivery.

Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
