Ingredients:

• 2 cups Khapli Atta (Emmer Wheat Flour)

• ½ teaspoon salt (optional)

• ¾ cup water (adjust as needed)

Method:

1. In a mixing bowl, add Khapli Atta and salt.

2. Slowly add water and knead into a smooth, soft dough. Cover and rest for 20–30 minutes.

3. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into thin, round rotis using a rolling pin.

4. Heat a tawa (flat pan) and cook each roti on medium flame until brown spots appear on both sides.
