Organic MP Premium Sharbati (Sujata 306) is often considered the champagne of wheat flours in India. Sourced from the drought-prone regions of Sehore and Vidisha in Madhya Pradesh (MP), this wheat is unique because the soil there is rich in potash and low in humidity.

Unlike ordinary wheat which relies heavily on irrigation, Sharbati wheat is rain-fed. This results in a harder grain with lower moisture content, which naturally extends shelf life and concentrates the flavor. The "Sujata 306" variety is a specific, premium cultivar known for its superior elasticity and distinctively sweeter taste
